Frequently asked questions

What should I know about allergens? Made with sunflower butter, never nut butter. Our kitchen handles peanuts and tree nuts, and our chocolate line contacts them. Cross-contact is possible. We do not claim allergy-safe or school-safe status.

How much sugar do they have? About 2g of added sugar per date in both flavors. The rest is the natural sugar of a whole Medjool date, balanced by fiber.

What is in the 4-pack? Two pouches of spiced Hot Dates and two pouches of Coffee Dates, three whole dates in each pouch.

What is the difference between the two flavors? Hot Dates carry a warm chili and cinnamon heat from spiced sunflower butter. Coffee Dates are filled with organic espresso sunflower butter. Same date, same 75% dark chocolate.

Is this a good gift? It works as a small one. For gifting proper, the 8-pack and 16-pack ship in a set that looks like a gift rather than a reorder.
